Starting on Monday November 13, 2023, additional loop stops on Route 70 – Lincoln Circulator will only be serviced on-demand during peak commute hours (7:00am, 2:00pm and 3:00pm Monday – Friday). For service at the stops listed below, riders will need to call 530-745-7570.

- Foskett Park
- Venture at Lakeside
- Lakeside Dr and Cobblestone Dr.
- Lakeside at St. Andrews
The stop on 12th St before East Ave will continue to be served during peak days and hours (7:00am, 2:00pm and 3:00pm Monday – Friday).
The Kaiser / John Adams and Willson Park stops will continue to be served on an on-demand basis during service hours.
